January 22, February 5, 12, and 26

This four-part series taught by Heartfulness teaches a simple set of relaxation and meditation exercises to help manage stress. Participants will be sitting in chairs. Must be 16 or older to attend.

Please bring your own cushion if you wish to sit on the floor.

This session is to make up the January 29 class cancelled due to weather. If you have registered for the previous meditation classes, you are already registered for this date.
